Bariloche is spectacular. The water everywhere is clean and
clear. Bariloche city is a beautifull town (120,000 inhabitants)
located at the foothills of the Andes Mountains in the North
of Patagonia Argentina, surrounded by hundred of rivers, lakes
and mountains. The area of Bariloche is one of the major trout
fishing centers in Patagonia.

AND RATES:
We
offer customized trips: we offer fishing packages (7 days, 6
days, 5 days, etc), with or without lodging services, full-day
fishing outings, etc.
Starting dates: any day of the year.
Journeys
of this nature do not have set itineraries so we only offer
customized trips. Below you will find sample itineraries to
have an idea about out journeys. Please ask for your customized
trip and costs. You can choose the number of days, number of
anglers, type of lodging, places to fish, etc. Rates depend
on the customized itinerary we plan with you.
SAMPLE
ITINERARY (you can take more/less days, choose the
type of lodging, etc):
7 DAYS - 6 NIGHTS
Day 1:
Arrival flight to San Carlos de Bariloche. Trasfer from
the airport to your hotel/cabin/lodge (you can choose the type
of lodging).
Day 2: Full-day fishing outing: Floating Limay River, Zone
1. After a very good breakfast we leave the lodge at 8:30am.
We provide transportation from the lodge to Rincon Chico, from
where we start our floating trip. Boats are ready to enjoy the
day. Limay River is one of the biggest rivers in North Patagonia.
We enjoy the great Patagonia Steppe landscapes from the river,
fishing is really great. Snacks and meals are served on the
boat. By floating the river we get the chance to stop at the
best fishing spots recommended by our professional guides.
You will enjoy a great "asado"(barbecue), at the shore
of the river. See

Day 3:Full-day fishing outing, lago Steffen y Río
Manso. Wading trip. Manso river is one of the most incredible
places in Patagonia, located at the South of Bariloche town.
Crystalline waters surrounded by nature, birds, trees and forest,
Manso is a very nice place to enjoy a good fishing day. Departing
from Bariloche at 8:00am, it takes approx 1 and a half hour
to arrive at Steffen lake, an incredible places where Manso
river begins. From there you can fish the river or the lake,both
with very good captures. You will enjoy a big asado (barbecue)
with local wine (argentinian asado and wines are the best one
all over the world). See

Day 4: Full-day fishing outing, lago Moreno. Floating trip.
This is a very nice fishing trip to one of the closest lakes
of Bariloche, Moreno lake, where you can enjoy the best captures
of the region. A great lunch at the shore of the lake. Rainbown
truts and some brown trouts are fished from boats often. We
know about very good fishing spots at Morenos lake. See

Day 5: Full-day fishing outing, Río Limay, Zona 2,
Alicura. Floating trip. This part of the Limay River is
known as Alicura, a big lake just 35 minutes from Bariloche
where the fishing season is open all year-round. Transportation
from your lodge to the beach of Alicura, where the boats are
ready to enjoy a beautiful fishing day. A really good place
to have may captures. A very good lunch to enjoy the landscapes
and to recover energy for more fly fishing during the afternoon
and evening. See

Day 6: Full-day fishing outing, lago Guillelmo. Wading fishing
and/or floating trip. From Barilche we go to the South to
Lago Guillelmo, a small quiet lake with many types of trouts.
Ypou can fish a Fontinalis trout (trucha de arroyo) priced for
its unique colors. We can fish from the beach of the lake and/or
from boats (it depends of the month, with low or high level
of waters). See

Day 7: Transfer from your lodge to the airport.
We are

We can offer you accommodation at hotel, lodge or
cabins. From 5 to 3 star hotels. You can choose the type of
lodging. We also offer accommodation at Llao-Llao hotel (5 star
hotel, please see the photo below):

Included in our programs: All lodging (when you request
this service), all breakfasts, lunchs with argeninian typical
food, meals, beer and wine, barbecue (asado), empanadas, and
local wine, guided fishing (1 guide every 2 anglers), transportation
in Patagonia, airport pick-up service, airport dropp-off service.
Not included:
Air travel and related costs, fishing licenses, dinners (you
can have a dinner in the lodge or at the restaurants of Bariloche,
there are hundreds), travel insurance, personal purchases and
fishing gear, gratuities.
HOW
CAN I ARRIVE IN BARILOCHE?
From your home country you can take a flight to Buenos
Aires (the usual way) or to Santiago de Chile. From Buenos Aires
you can take a flight to Bariloche. There are dozens of flights
every day, year-round. You can book your flight tickets visiting
these websites from local airlines:

By visiting the websites listed above you can book your
flight and pay it by credit card (they offer online services).
And you can pick-up the tickets directly in the airport of Buenos
Aires, one and a half hour before departure. It is a very easy
way to book flight tickets inside Argentina.
FISHING
SEASON IN BARILOCHE:
Trout fishing in Patagonia, Argentina
and Chile, runs from November 1st through April 30th. During
these summer months, the weather is very moderate, the days
are long, and the fish are plentiful. You can enjoy brown touts,
rainbow trouts and also Fontinalis.
In Bariloche you can also fish during October and May in some
restricted areas (Limay River, Nahuel Huapi lake, Moreno lake,
Gutierres lake and Mascardi lake), and there are 2 places to
fish all over the year: Moreno lake and Alicura.
Non
Fishing Companions Activities
Bariloche is surrounded by the gorgeous Nahuel Huapi National
Park and located besides Nahuel Huapi lake. There are many activities
we can take you to, from horseback rides to white waters rafting
trips, from quiet forest hiking to bird-watching, to the most
outstanding landscapes. This is why more non fishing companions
are coming every year looking for their life-time trip.
HOW
CAN I BOOK MY TRIP?

To book
your program we need to receive a reservation fee of 50% of
the total amount. The remaining amount can be paid at least
one month before arrival. This way we can confirm all your services
and bookings, offering you the best service. We have an US bank
account so payments can be made by bank transfer from any bank
at any country. Detailed information will be giving upon booking.
